Purchased credits are non-refundable. Credits are consumed upon use and cannot be returned or refunded.

• Unused credits
• Complaints about OCR recognition accuracy (accuracy not guaranteed)
• Credits consumed due to user error

3. Exceptions: When Refunds Are Possible

• Technical issues preventing service delivery
• Billing errors (duplicate charges, unauthorized charges)
• Other legitimate reasons determined by tegakihenkan

5. Free Credits

Free credits granted upon registration and daily login are not eligible for refund.
